  • What are your store hours and where are you located?

    We’re open this summer

    Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM

    Sundays: 1 PM – 4 PM

    We’re in West Columbia, South Carolina, just over the bridge from downtown. Full address and parking details are available on our Contact page or at the bottom.

    Pop-ups, extended hours, and special events are shared on Instagram @preserveandco.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    We offer store credit or exchange on eligible items.

    In-store: Return within 7 days with original tags and receipt.

    Online: Return within 10 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    Final Sale: Sale items, accessories (hats, jewelry), and vintage Preserved pieces are not eligible.

    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    We do! We ship throughout the U.S. and surrounding territories. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive tracking once your package is on the way.

  • Do you restock sold out items?

    Select core pieces may be restocked, but many of our items are limited-run to keep things special. If you see something you love, don’t wait too long!

  • Do you carry plus sizes?

    We do carry an selection of plus-sized pieces, and many of our styles offer a relaxed or flexible fit. Sizing can vary depending on the vendor, so feel free to reach out with questions — we’re always happy to help you find the right fit and continue expanding our range.
