Return within 10 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
In‑Store
Return within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Bring your receipt or order email.

- Request a return within 10 days of delivery.
- Eligible for store credit or exchange (no refunds to original payment).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping; we recommend a trackable method.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.
In‑Store Returns
- Return within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
- Please bring your receipt or order confirmation email.
Exclusions & Non‑Returnable Items
- Accessories, jewelry, hats, intimates, gift cards.
- “Preserved” / vintage / one‑of‑a‑kind items.
- Final sale and discounted items marked as non‑returnable.
- Items with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, or missing tags.
How to Start a Return
- Reply to your order email or contact us at info@preservendco.com with your order number and item(s).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address: 731 Meeting Street, West Columbia, SC 29169.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable service. Keep your receipt.
- On receipt and inspection, we’ll issue store credit via email or process your exchange.
Need a different size? Email us first—if the size is in stock, we’ll reserve it for your exchange.
FAQ
How long do I have to return online orders?
Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery (as shown on the carrier’s tracking). We’re a small shop—thanks for your understanding!
Do you offer refunds?
We offer store credit or exchange on eligible items. At this time we do not issue refunds to original payment.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping. If we made an error or a product arrived damaged, we’ll make it right—email us.
When will I receive my credit?
