Returns & Exchanges
Preserve & Co. is now open inside the Arcade on Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina. Here’s how returns, exchanges, and customer care work for online and in-store purchases.
Store credit or exchange only: Eligible returns may be accepted within the return window below. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery for store credit or exchange.
No refunds
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns receive store credit or exchange.
Processing
Most approved returns are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@preserveandco.com with your name, order number if applicable, and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- We’ll confirm whether the item is eligible.
- For online orders, we’ll send return instructions after approval.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or complete your exchange.
Need a different size? Email us first. If the size is available, we’ll do our best to hold it for your exchange.

Please do not mail items back before your return request has been confirmed.
